The Relationship Practices Inventory PRI (CTLFN)®

This behavioral assessment measures professional relationship effectiveness. Your ability to build, maintain, and grow professional relationships has enormous impact on your business and career success. This tool measures specific patterns of behavior that create extraordinary results. The 36 question research-based assessment centers on four distinct practices, each consisting of three competencies. The four practices are Structure for Results, Build Authentic Rapport, Promote Positive Expectations, and Expand Mutual Value. The RPI can be administered as a self assessment or a 360 degree feedback assessment. After taking the assessment, a one-hour session will be held to discuss the output, your report and other related materials

The Relationship Style Inventory (RSI)®

This style assessment provides a way to increase your awareness of what your relationship-building style is, and to better understand the styles of others. Your answers to the survey questions help show your attitudes and preferences about relationships with people in general. Knowing your own preferences and learning about others can help you understand how to better connect and adapt to the styles of others. The model underlying the RSI suggests that people vary between four sets of opposite preferences in how they approach professional relationships. Understanding your own relationship style, as well as the style of others can help you to be a more productive leader, manager, and co-worker. After taking the assessment, a one-hour session will be held to discuss the output, your report and other related materials

The Relationship Matrix Inventory (RMI)®

All executives, managers and professionals tend to have areas of strength and weakness in their professional relationship networks. It is common to underutilize one’s strengths, and for the weaknesses to create unforeseen performance problems and career limitations. The Relationship Matrix Inventory (RMI)® offers a way to assess your entire set of relationships as they relate to your professional effectiveness. The RMI provides insight into how to manage the complexity of your entire relationship network by indicating specific strengths and improvement areas, which are often hidden even from one’s own awareness. It also points toward ways to use your relationship strengths more effectively, and how to prioritize and work on improvement areas to achieve results you seek.
